Cardio & Weight Training
The Ultimate MAX-40 (“UM40”) Fitness Circuit workouts are a combination of cardio conditioning, core, and strength training. The objective is to improve endurance, flexibility, strength, and dexterity. The high-intensity workouts are conducted for 40 minutes. With UM40 Circuit training, clients can safely progress at their own pace.
One-on-one training is designed to TRANSFORM you and help you achieve the body you've been striving for.
You get personalized workouts designed to push you, make you stronger utilizing performance and progress measures.
MAX-40 Fitness incorporates leading edge technology in determining the performance of our client’s heart, lungs, and circulatory system. Testing Resting Metabolic Rate testing, VO2 Max testing with CardioCoach and 3D Body Scanning provides clients with valuable information.
Weight Loss & Nutrition Coaching
The MAX-40 Fitness nutrition curriculum assists with developing the skills needed to overcome nutrition challenges and to thrive during their health and wellness journey. Instead of falling off the wagon like every time before, you will learn to stay consistent and achieve longer-lasting results.
